Playlist: Lim Kim, Big Bang, Oh My Girl and more

Everyone's got grey hair again and Lim Kim is the coolest solo artist in K-pop right now. Her new album Simple Mind is a chic update of '60s electronic exotica. Westerners would be drooling over her if she were French or Swedish.

Lady rappers Kimsum, Bora, Lilcham and Jace being fierce with the ah, Samsung mascot
over a killer groove.

Disco throwback of the week: low-rent MV, lovely girlie BVs. The guy in the snapback is called Venti. Reminds me a bit of Kixs' Beautiful, which is one of my favourite
songs this year.

First Big Bang song I have liked since ... ever. Those who know about these things tell me it's a trap ballad. The Inkigayo stage last night was pretty cool.

Koho are (is?) on a roll. Their (her?) last one was a minimalist wonder: fat '80s snyths and breathy vocals. This time she's (?) jazzed it up with stuttering blips and beats.

The most recent of a bunch of girlie rookies is the best: Oh My Girl's Cupid just gets better with every listen. How do they pack so many styles into three minutes? Chorry is fun.
